We live near Galveston, so it is our cruise port of choice to avoid the hassles of flying!
It was a spur of the moment decision, but we were extremely pleased with this cruise,
The destination ports were great, but we especially enjoyed the time on the ship, the fellow travelers we met, the friendly service and a week of relaxation!

The Main Dining Room was excellent! Service was especially good.
The Windjammer Buffet was great, but always crowded...
We really enjoyed the convenience of the small cafes for a quick bite.
Onboard Activities

The pools and sun decks were great! The track seemed to have too many people just going from one end to the other and crowding both lanes, so the outside Promenade Deck was my choice for my long walks.
We really enjoyed watching people surfing, rock climbing and using the other facilities.

The entertainment selections were outstanding! The comic, the song and dance routines, the "Air Show" (my favorite!) and the Saturday Night Fever show all exceeded my expectations!

This Panoramic Ocean View cabin was a great surprise. We decided to take this cruise on the spur of the moment and balcony cabins and suites were not available. This type of cabin or suite will be an easy choice for us in the future!
This is a great "water" location! Great for younger couples and families!
Having been there several times in the past we chose the land tours and had a great time. Bought rum and rum cake!
We've been to Cozumel many time and always have a great time! The ferry ride to Playa del Carmen and excursions to the mainland are always excellent.
Since we had never really toured the island, we chose the Trolley Tour. It was great! We sampled and bought lots of tequila! We enjoyed Coco Loco drinks and terrific fish tacos!
The local shops wanted us to buy everything, but I think we held it to a rooster and a frog!
Declared and Paid! It must feel good to be on the right side of the law and not some rum running outlaw. I wonder if they have any idea how many are in compliance?
