We booked Neptune so were able to enjoy fast check-in, which was very much appreciate. But lack of signage meant I had to walk to and fro for directions.

Food and Dining

We dined mainly at Club Orange and quite enjoyed the service and ambience there. We were unimpressed with the Pinnacle Grill and Main Dinning Room, food-wise. On one of the formal nights, we requested a table by the window at the Main Dinning Room. The service was slow as our table was a little out of the way in a little nook and it was quite hot and stuffy in that corner which made the evening quite uncomfortable, especially in formal wear! The Lido was fast and efficient, great sandwiches.

Onboard Activities

BBC World Stage was great! The orchestra really complimented the documentary very well. We also saw part of a Lincoln Center Stage performance and that was very enjoyable too.

No complaints about the layout. But the ship is 5 star and quite new, so I was a little disappointed: * Fairly strong urine smell in our bathroom on a couple of occasions, for which our steward had to come in for extra cleaning. I was told the smell came from the 'pipes' which I did not quite surmise. * Significant water seepage when showering at the shower stall, loose or missing grout visible and sealant off the walls and joints * One of the power points with USB port was not working on checking-in, but we were impressed by the speed of which the unit was replaced

Cabin / Stateroom

Great size as we had the corner suite with a wrap-around balcony. Very comfortable space, but I feel if they replaced the vinyl cover on the chairs by the coffee table to at least fabric would elevate the class of the suite much more, unless the designer was going for an Austin Powers feel. The Stewards did a good job in keeping the room clean & tidy, thank you!
