The cruise was great and filled with many positive experiences and features. I'd recommend and would do another. The only improvement would be to adjust the Drink package to be positive for both the customer and Holland. The $11 cut off should result in a pay the difference event, not pay 100%.

The dining was very nice with many options for various taste. The buffets and restaurants were all clean and well serviced. The Drink Package could use some improving. The Drink Package cost versus value out of balance and to many rules for vacation mind set.

Overall our service was great. I watch attitudes and our buffet cook, Neal and our bartender, Leslie always appeared energetic and happy to be there. Our room stewards were top notch.

The size was more than adequate and comfortable. cleanliness was very high.
Port was nice. The Excursion was nice but had to many added fees. The excursion needs to be paid in full with the ticket price. don't nickel and dime me to make an extra $15, charge the fee up front.
