Royal Caribbean is our favorite cruise line. Enjoyed southern Caribbean because we got to visit ports we had not been to before.

If was decent but not outstanding. The tours we did had great guides for the most part but they were just ok. Food was ok. Overall, that's what I'd say about the cruise--ok.

The food and drinks were disappointing but other than that, I enjoyed my trip.

This was our 1st cruise, but we were with seasoned cruisers. We were soured by the surprise charges. Other than that we will definitely be cruising again. We even found a rubber duck!! IYKYK.

We travelled with a group of 11 and while this was not our first RCCL sailing it was for 9 other people in our group. Every one of the other people in our group were as impressed with the food, service and ship as we have always have been

Jewel of the Seas is beautiful from the outside but needs many updated inside. Staterooms were overvalued, fixtures falling apart, lack of cleanliness (which is to be home for a week), food is underwhelming although service provided by food and beverage were good.

DO NOT SAIL ON JEWEL OF THE SEAS UNTIL REFURBISHED. ROYAL CARIBBEAN LACK OF COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS IS AN ISSUE.

Great trip! Would def do again, however never got off the ship in Trinidad as they were having a high crime issue and wasn't interested in any of the excursions. Wish there was more built up around the port both in Trinidad and Tobago so you could explore safely without doing an excursion.

THIS IS OUR 4TH OR 5TH CRUISE, WE SAILED WITH CARNIVAL ONCE BUT LIKE RCL BETTER. FOOD AND SERVICES SEEM BETTER ON RCL. ALSO THEY SEEM TO HAVE THE PEOPLE HANDLEING ASPECT OF BOARDING AND DISEMBARKING FIGURED OUT BETTER TOO. EVERYTHING SEEMED NICER ON RCL.

We had a trip of a lifetime! Everyone on staff was nothing short of amazing! First time with RC and definitely not our last.

The best cruise I've ever been on! Ports were outstanding and the food was excellent.

We weren’t happy on this cruise. We sailed on such fabulous ships that Jewel seemed very banal.

We were a party of 10. We had a blast as the main reason for the cruise is being together and have fun. Menu in restaurants should vary and cruise need to work on having comfortable beds for everyone, as the bed for the kids were actually a mattress on the floor. They also need to have a playground that families with kids can go have fun with the kids.

Good ship. Smaller than some but nice. Great bar staff and service. Needs more variety in Windjammer lunch buffet. Needs better entertainment.

An okay experience but disappointing that we had 4 excursions booked with Royal Caribbean that were cancelled on us. My advice is to use TripAdvisor to get the experience you want on your island visits.

This is a must cruise. Give yourself a few days in Puerto Rico to enjoy, the atmosphere, the people, the food and the culture. Great preparation for the other ports. All the ports were wonderful and each has its own quality of entertainment. Must do. Highly recommended.

Somewhat surprisingly disappointing cruise. We have done many Southern Caribbean cruises but on Celebrity which we have enjoyed. Given that the two lines have the same owner, we expected a similar experience with RC, and we have cruised with RC in the past but that was a decade ago. Things have changed and not for the better in my opinion. In essence, we will probably avoid RC in the future and stick with other brands, especially for this route.

Excellent cruise to relax and unwind. Excellent staff and meals. Good entertainment

The people working on the ship and fellow cruisers made this trip great. We were always happy and interacting with others. The ship is older, and generally well maintained, although some furniture is not desirable is some places.
