Review summary
This cruise felt like an afterthought. I have cruised with Royal Caribbean over 6 times and this one felt like they didn't really care. We were thrilled to be given an upgrade from a large balcony cabin to a suite, but it didn't make up for our general feelings about this cruise. Our first night we had dinner in Chops Grill and it was amazing, however our first night in the dinning room didn't go so well. When we went to our table there were people already sitting there. Turned out to be the second seating people that got the times mixed up. The table we were seated at for that evening was fine but the waiter made it very clear he was put out by having to serve us when we were not his regular diners. We ended up spending 2 days in our cabin due to the virus going around the ship and missed Athens and our diner in Izumi. During the days we were on the ship there wasn't much to do. We attended a few trivia sessions, but not much else was available. The shows were not all that interesting and rather amateurish, although I must say the show the night we were in Naples was very good.Embarkation
