Restaurant staff very attentive, food quality mediocre. Little variety. No variety in buffet area. Inadequate seating. Cabin attendant adequate, but cabin itself extremely cramped, no hot water, standards low.

We had a great experience on Jewel last November. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Found the selection in the Windjammer good. They had different themed foods everyday. Too bad your experience wasn’t good for you.

When I went on the Jewel it was excellent, sailings from Rome, around the Greek Isles,no problems,it is difficult to comment on your review as you have not posted WHAT cruise you were on 3 Day,14 Day,what destination ?,happy cruising xxx

I have been on 25 RCL cruises and I think you should go on one of the larger ships. The Jewel and Liberty are small ships. We were on the Jewel Oct-Nov I never liked the layout but we wanted to go to Europe. We had great tour excursions, the food wasn’t the best but we made the most of it.
