Will not sail Royal Caribbean again. They are cutting corners everywhere. Its jusr about making a buck now.

Food was fuel. Often times, Windjammer had a hard time keeping food replenished at all meals. Dining room food was never hot and a few dishes were not edible . Sole dinner and lobster dinner were terrible.

We had prepaid tipping and.staff still have their hands out. It makes for uncomfortable situations

Bathroom dirty. We didn't put anything in medicine cabinets. Toiletries include bulk shampoo and the cheapest bar of soap you can buy. Terrible scent. Room as are dated even after the 'upgrade

Ship tip

Find a newer ship. Puerto Rico is not ready for visitors yet so not a great port to leave from right now.

I was upgraded to a junior suite and the room smelled musty and there was an open bar of soap in the bathtub indicating that the bathroom was not cleaned. After complaining to the desk they cleaned the room and gave it a heavy scent of bleach to cover the musty smell. To maintain a freshly scented room we continuously sprayed Fabreze to make it bearable. The $9 fee for room service was a first being that I have been on so many of the other royal cruises. My flight came in late so we signed in at 6 pm and were told to take up our own bags and we dragged our bags into the small elevators which required the people that were on there to move to the sides of the elevator. I apologized to them explaining that they told us to take up our own bags. We had to drag our bags around as we were trying to find our room.

Sorry to hear that! We love RCL and have never had a bad experience. My personal favorite line especially the mega ships but everyone is different

WOW, sorry to hear that. When we sailed on her never had that issue. But we still sail Royal Caribbean. Love that line

I am more of a HAL fan but hubby does prefer RC with the pros and cons.
