In a word ok. Served its purpose to visit Greek Isles and Pompeii. We got our own flights as they were a fraction of rc. Also took a LIMO from Rome To Civitavecchia as it was cheaper than rc’s shuttle. Over all the ship looked tired. The staff generally were very helpful.
Embarkation

Quick but we did have priority boarding so jumped the enormous queues.

Food and Dining

Chops grill, we waited an hour for breakfast on day two. Also as a grand suite guest we thought it was a cheek to try and charge an extra 70 dollar dinner cover charge for Chops especially after our breakfast experience. Also Tides menu was very limited and not very palatable. We decided to eat at Windjammer which had a very good selection if difficult to find a table at busy times.

As a grand suite guest we had no priority at either the pool or solarium. Pool was deep and whilpool good. very disappointing

The concierge club was the only really good thing about our trip. Diego and Danny the barman were awesome
Ship Quality

There was a wet patch in our corridor for the whole journey so they had a portable fan to dry it out
Cabin / Stateroom

Elizabeth our stateroom attendant was very professional the room was always clean although the decor was very dated. Loved the daily towel animals.
Ship tip
Think it through and look out for all the extras! lots of costly extras.
What a disaster. We paid $84 for our excursion and mainly saw nothing but graffiti owing to road closure to accommodate their local marathon. One stop at bottom of Acropolis to look at Parthenon at a distance and use the ‘selected’ gift shop.
