Review summary

Being a platinum member of RC, having sailed already for 47 nights before this cruise only on royal Caribbean, I must say:

food quality has been decreasing rapidly

state room cleaning very poor

overal animation, very poor

bartenders not very polite

takes for ages to get your drink

premium waters almost unavailable ( Evian, Perrier or San peligrino)

when you ask some one to solve a problem or get you a certain drink, of it's not available, they simply say, they don't have, and don't solve.

ropes on cabin gone

chocolats on evening, gone

minibar with drinks, you have to ask to get it filled

cupons with discounts, as low as you could think of...

...

gone too big for me with so low quality... was turning onto emerald on my next cruise, but, no Thanks!

any one want's a platinum membership? (It's worthless anyway...)

After cruising with Princess and Norwegian ( not listed on my profile , lol ) but in total of 8 times ,,, we went on RC ,,, "oasis of the seas "... let me tell u , I was very disappointed . One bartender gave me a such an attitude ,, cause I've asked him for "Pino" ... he said to me .... pino ,,,, what ? Pino noir ? Pino Grigio ? Pino ... blah blah .... I couldn't believe it ! I was on my vacation .... and talking so down to me , like I'm a complete idiot ! I just walked away .....

Bummer. this will be my first time on RC though I am an avid Cruiser. the last 3 months I have heard so many negative reviews from past RC Cruisers about the poor quality of the food the bartenders and how much it has gone downhill. Bummer.

Try Carnival, then the level of service and food quality on RC will once again seem pretty good.

Try Oasis Class! We were on Oasis last week and it was all good. Mini & drinks aren't a biggy for us. Had the beverage package and it's the only way to go! We are Platinum and ready to book Oasis for next June.
