Review summary
We arrived in San Juan the day before we left port. Old San Juan is always enjoyable. The boarding process was incredibly simple and fast. In fact, I think it took a total of 5 minutes from entry to the Royal Caribbean building until the time we were on the boat. The boat was very clean and simple to figure out. The ports of call were incredible, especially St. Lucia and Barbados. The boat was not as exciting as others we have been on, but we enjoyed it nevertheless due to the fact that we were in port every day. In St. Thomas, we went to Megans Bay which was simply beautiful. St. Kitts we shopped and stayed on the boat. Antigua we booked an excursion through the boat and rode horses. Kids really enjoyed that. In St. Lucia, we booked Benny's Boat Tour. If you go to St. Lucia, you have to do this tour. Possibly the best tour we have ever done. We did the volcano, the waterfall, snorkeled and ate at his Mother's house on the beach. He made it so that we were first to the Volcano and by the time we left, there were over 200 people in line. Same thing with the Waterfall. We were the only people there. And his moms house with the lunch and the view can't be beat. In Barbados, we did swam with the turtles on Cool Runnings. Like Benny's Boat Tour, these people are amazing. They take such good care of everyone from little kids to grandparents. The last day on the boat was a sea day and we enjoyed the pool and the casino. The food was quite good, and Chops Grill, the steak house, was amazing. All in all, and unforgettable week.
