My family and I had a fantastic time from SJU to every cruise port we stopped in. The ship was also nice, just wish they had more restaurant options. Cruise ship staff should give a seminar in customer service, every single employee was friendly, courteous, and attentive. Why I gave a 3* is because when booking thru , I was asked about on board credit, would I like to use it on board or receive it when we returned home. We selected to receive the credit when we returned in Dec 18th 2016 (which is when I filled out the form give or take a day or so). I was wondering what was taking so long, so I called today March 12th 2017. I spoke with a woman named Debbie and explained the situation, she told me that in order to get the $50 per person per room, we had to spend $50 on board. Seeing how that was no longer an option an no one explained this, I asked to speak with a supervisor (which I was not provided Debbie got back on the line) and told me there was nothing they could do about it (I say they chose not to do anything) but offer me $50 not the $100 I was expecting for booking two cabins, here's the kicker, WHEN I BOOK ANOTHER CRUISE WITH THEM. I have booked another cruise, WITH NORWEGIAN. Buyer beware, their more worried about a commission than helping first time cruisers, yes it's $100 and it's not a lot of money to some people, what it comes down to is principal.
