Review summary

I was so looking forward to going on Royal Caribbean cruise.  What a disappointment.  The beds were terrible, the food was below average and the entertainment was not that great. (Saying that a couple of nights it was great.)

The only two good things on the ship was the man who greeted us every morning in the Windjammer restaurant and the gentlemen who looked after our room.  I had heard from others who had been on the ship that is was great, but not my experience.

The gentlemen who looked after our cabin was fantastic. The beds were terrible, you could feel the springs coming up through the mattresses and the sofa was just plain terrible.

Ship tip

Do not sail on it.

Don't cruise on RCCL then. You obviously need to move up to luxury cruise lines.
