The smell was the worst I have ever smell. The noise in the bathroom from day one to the end. The bathroom is so small not even a child can get a proper shower in it.

the fitness center is on the 5th floor and there are no facilities like showers etc. Spa has them but you must pay for services which are overpriced and end with a hard sell.

If you have a choice between Island Princess & Coral Princess, for transiting the Canal, select Coral Princess. It hasn't had 121 cabins added as has Island Princess. The age of a ship is critical, & also what TYPE of dry dock repairs have been done. More updating should have been done to Island than was done.

Book a dining time. My biggest frustration lay with the timing of dining in conjunction with evening activities. Great one time activities were scheduled during the 7:30 dining times (which were sluggish) and the activities weren’t repeated so all could participate. Reportedly “Anytime Dining” was a disaster for guests. Calling to reserve a table at 8:00 each morning for dinner was allowed for “Anytime Dining” but at 8:05 slots were filled, leaving guests with the only option of going to the buffet. Yuck! Definitely pick a dining time. Accept that you’ll miss some things and then kick back and enjoy the experience.

Look at the carpet colors when you get off elevator. There are 2 colors. Blue and red. Once you know what color your stateroom has-look for it when you get off elevator. A lot easier.
