Review summary
the first night at 2 am we discovered the cabin was flooded, very frightening. My brother's cabin was next door, also impacted by the flood, also moved. We were moved twice which took an evening and the entire morning the next day. We were offered a small sum for compensation. We had another major problem on a Holland America cruise last year. Both lines under the same parent company. The Princess cruise improved after 1 1/2 days. All in all, I think I will consider another cruise company next trip. I travel on cruises 20+ days per year.Embarkation
