This was the best trip ever. My husband and I need the rest after working in the er during covid.

First time we were in cruise we had all fun we love it

We were so anxious to go on a cruise again, we selected this one because we could drive there, the price was excellent, and the ship wasn't filled more than half, so we felt really safe. It met our expectations.

Boarding the ship was quite easy and very safely done. The ship itself was very clean and well maintained overall. Out stateroom was clean and comfortable, but make tissues available in PLAIN SIGHT. That would include the restroom of exposed somewhere in the cabin. The entertainment was also very good. Due to the age restrictions provided by the cruise operator AND Royal Caribbean REQUIRING you to book through them, it was disappointing. As usual, the food and service was excellent. The trip was uneventful and smooth. Leaving the ship was also quite easy and quick. Overall, it was a good cruising experience.

A 5 night cruise down to Mexico, first time back since the pandemic. Very relaxing and the crew were fantastic. Would not let me review ports, but highly recommend Maya Chan beach club in Costa Maya.

Great birthday cruise. Casino was the best with outstanding service

We had a wonderful time with our family. The only complaint was the horrible excursion on the first port. The drive was an hour to a “beautiful lagoon” which ended up being a muddy, smelly lake with no beach and rocks in the water. It was so sad that we wasted a day on this excursion. Everyone complained. We would have been better off staying on the ship or just visiting the beautiful port.

It was our first cruise since the pandemic. It was wonderful, we felt very safe, and the ship was spotlessly clean. Simply the Best!

The staff seemed so appreciative of us being there. They could not have done more for us.

The first 2 days were very boring. Shows were OK, but not outstanding. Buffet was glorified Golden Corral. Bed was HARD. However the service and staff were impeccable, and excursions were outstanding.

The best entertainment I had in years. We enjoyed every minute of it.

Would do it again without hesitation; need I say more?

The cruise was really nice. Only 38% capacity. Venues not full. Pools not crowded. No waiting anywhere.

Royal Caribbean has gone to great lengths to safeguard your health. I felt safer among 1500 vaccinated adults that had all been tested in the last 3 days than I do at home in any restaurant or store. The ship was at less than 50% occupancy, no waiting any where.

After four COVID cancellations, we were thrilled to be back Cruising, and pleased that the COVID nonsense wasn't bad at all. The Independence was wonderful and the Owners' Suite and amenities were fantastic. Great return to Cruising and can't wait until our April Cruise.

This was our 5th cruise with Royal Caribbean and as always the ship was clean.The wait staff and bartenders were outstanding.Would highly recommend this cruise

Cruise was ok, completely rerouted with no discounts or future discounts, and has subpar customer service.

Not happy with our ports and they made very little effort to refund us.

I was not satisfied with the fact that our destination was changed the day before we sailed. I understand that some things are beyond the cruise lines control, but each passenger should have been given a choice to rebook for later. Going to the Bahamas was a lot less than our original destination. I feel like I was bullied and cheated.

They ruined my anniversary, changed our destination and was rude when we asked for reconciliation.
