Review summary

We had a wonderful time with our family. The only complaint was the horrible excursion on the first port. The drive was an hour to a “beautiful lagoon” which ended up being a muddy, smelly lake with no beach and rocks in the water. It was so sad that we wasted a day on this excursion. Everyone complained. We would have been better off staying on the ship or just visiting the beautiful port.

The main dining room was excellent and our waiters, Russell and Roumel were exceptional.

We loved the trivia games and mini golf. I wish the ping pong table would have been in an area that isn’t so hot. It was miserable.

The balcony cabin size was great. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I slept terrible the whole trip. My mother had back problems for two days from her bed and daughter-in-law ended up sleeping on the couch in her room. Our only complaint are the horrible mattresses.

Ship tip

Don’t book an excursion on the non- Cozumel port. The excursion was horrible but port is beautiful.

I think this is a fake review. Poster said only complaint were the mattresses,but he/she complained about a lot of other things. No other cruises listed and No pictures in profile.
