Horrible. The day before we set sail Royal Caribbean changed the destination. They didn't give customers any options to cancel or reschedule at a later date. I felt bullied.

Review summary

I was not satisfied with the fact that our destination was changed the day before we sailed. I understand that some things are beyond the cruise lines control, but each passenger should have been given a choice to rebook for later. Going to the Bahamas was a lot less than our original destination. I feel like I was bullied and cheated.

Sounds like it was bad from the start.Been on 23 cruises with RCI-sorry you had a miserable experience/bullied & cheated is rater strong, but everyone is free to voice their displeasure. Hope you have better sailings in the future.

Going thru some real bad times

That is the norm in the cruise Industry. 99% of the time nothing is changed, but that 1% does sometime happen, just need to understand and accept it

Cruise ports are not guaranteed. If you read your cruise contract you will see that the cruise line reserves the right to alter port destinations at their discretion.

If you read your booking documentation, the cruiseline reserves the right to change itinary at any time without notice. You were not bullied and being a bit unreasonable to think you should of been able to rebook at last minute because of this.
