It is easy to get turned around and on the wrong side of the ship, especially on deck 7 where you cannot walk across. The ship is laid out in four colors for each quadrant which makes it easier.

If you're interested in pools, change ships. Otherwise, there are tons of fun things to do here, so just treat it like a fun week in a new city.

Remember that all the folks who work hard to make your trip unforgettable are human beings just like us. I ask one of the employees if he/she had ever taken their family on a cruise. His answer ... never, because he/she couldn't afford the cost of such a cruise. Sad. I also asked if he/she were able to keep up with their families since they all sign a 7 month contract. Their answer: sometimes but not always because of the extreme cost (to the employees) of the internet aboard the ship. Yep, that's right. Employees are charged daily internet fees to communicate with their families that they do not see for SEVEN months. Sad.

You'll need long pants to ice skate. Shoes & socks are required on zipline & rock climbing. BEWARE, if you book the Cozumel Dolphin Encounter thru RC, nowhere in the online excursion description does it state at least one adult is required to accompany underage children. We booked two children's tickets for the encounter with plans to purchase two adult observer tickets that have to be purchased on the ship as described online. When we arrived to purchase observer tickets, Guest Services told us an adult had to participate. Because we had to purchase an additional encounter adult ticket, our excusion time had to be rescheduled to get us all in at the same time. We have brought this to RC's attention that the excursion description was misleading.
