Our server Kadek and his assistant Angie were absolutely awesome. We were traveling with an 85 year old man and they were so nice and attentive to him as well as all of us. They were so professional and sweet that we ate with them every night of the cruise, sometimes waiting to get a table in their section. They really added to our incredible experience and they are a major asset to your team. I sincerely hope that they are recognized for their exceptional service.

Jackie was our room attendant and she was exceptional. We were traveling with an 85 year old man and he had some issues that she was so helpful with. Jackie really made what could have been a very embarrassing situation into nothing. She was so professional and I sincerely hope that she is recognized for her superior service and positive attitude.
