What are the best things about organizing this Cruise was working with I'll cruise sales representative at BJ's. His name is Scott Miller and he knew everything about the ship and the cruise from boarding to the special entertainment and the key option to embark and disembark the ship quickly. The chi also provides lunch on the first day in the main dining at a breakfast on the last day in the main dining avoiding the crowds in the buffets. The program also offers priority seating at shows and and 1st disembarkation at ports. Scott also knew the best room on the floor we chose to have less rocking and a slightly larger balcony. He also followed up with us to find out how the cruise was. This was personalized service that I did not expect from a BJ's travel agent. If you are able to ask for him specifically I suggest you do so.

Service at the Port is horrible. Once inside Royal Caribbean takes over and it is very smooth process. All of the food and service everywhere on the ship this cruise was Outstanding. An extra shout out to Jamie's Italian. Phenomenal. Our room Steward was outstanding. Love the toiletries. Dislike the tub, sofa, and chair. I think there are more people on this ship and not really all that much bigger in the common areas. People line up 1 hour ahead of time to see shows. Elevators at dinner time are ridiculous especially if you have a scooter or wheelchair. The buffet area in Windjammer I think seems smaller but more tables so more people? Very crowded all the time even on days at Sea or on the Island. The Dining rooms are way overcrowded you can barely fit. I miss the middle Dining room area with the big round tables and large open area. Now it is just rows and rows and rows on rectangular seating packed in like sardines. I love Royal Caribbean (Obviously we do as Diamond Members) but I don't think I would go on this ship again. I wondered how the people that this was their first cruise would like it? Maybe not? Lastly I do not like the question for Service rating. It should be separated by Dining, Steward, Guest Service, Diamond Lounge etc. Obviously in our case the rating would be a 0 for some and a 10 for others.

Ports of call were excellent. Onboard credit was helpful. Entertainment was great for everyone. Overall we all had a wonderful cruise and vacation.

Harmony of the Seas was my least favorite ship. It is entirely to big. There were not a lot of activities. It had a musty/urine smell. Bring you own anti bacterial get, because the machines are always empty.

This was mine and my families first cruise. All my expectations were exceeded. Can’t wait for our next one!

We have been on about 35 cruises and this was the absolute best one yet! We will be Royal Caribbean cruisers from now on!

It was a great time overall. If I compare with Independence of the Sea, Harmony of the Sea cruise is bigger and has more entertainments but 24hours food was just okay, pool area looks small, and needs more various shows. Also, if guests have more information regarding schedule (especially ports of calls) ahead, not only day before or late night before, it will be helpful for guest to make a plan.

Getting ready to plan next cruise, and of all thing have to figure out how to get a better hairdryer on board , I have traveled with carnival lines as well and will always go with Royal now no second guessing that

Nice ship but too big spent so much time walking from one end to the other for things we needed. Lots of waiting for elevators. Seems like everything costs extra on RCCL which we fidnt have on Disney. Food was just eh..

At first we were skeptical about cruising on such large ship, but it was a great experience! The food, shows and activities were wonderful. We felt like we were in a floating city, not on a ship. Our accommodations were immaculate and spacious as staterooms go. Service everywhere was exceptional. Great cruise!

Already booked for another cruise! Beautiful ship. The cruise passengers were diverse which was enjoyable. I hope Royal Caribbean would reconsider fees for room service. I hope they would beef up late night food services. As an AA family we actually enjoyed this cruise experience.

The cruise was awesome, we met some great people, everyone was friendly and very helpful. The ship is beautiful and was very easy to find my way around. The shows were awesome. I would definitely recommend going on this ship for the experience.

From getting on the ship to getting off was easier than checking in and out of a hotel. You're treated like family.

Overall this cruise was amazing. The ship itself was astonishing. My husband and I throughly enjoyed ourselves. We loved our cabin. The service was excellent. Staff members were cordial and helpful. The food was delicious with lots of variety. The ship was easy to navigate and everything was easy to find. Royal Caribbean is top notch! Can’t wait to book my next cruise.

We had a fantastic first cruise experience. I am not sure if we will always have things so easy, but we are already starting to plan our next cruise with Royal Caribbean!

I really wish I had a lot of amazing things to say, I wish I could've enjoyed my cruise to the fullest but with all the deactivation to my families and I cards we were pulled away from events and spent so much time trying to fix our key cards that were no mistake of ours and we were denied using our beverage packages multiple times it was embarrassing and frustrating. I enjoyed the ports and some activites on the ship when we were able to enjoy them without being disturbed with bs when dealing with deactivation of our cards, being locked out of our rooms, not being served or beverages having to leave clubs, kareoke, dinner, games etc.

The elevators are the biggest problem. There are 24 elevators, 4 groups of 6. You will wait 5 to 15 minutes for an elevator while watching only 1 or 2 of the 6 elevators in that area move from floor to floor. They almost make you take the stairs to get anywhere without standing there with 10 other people waiting on full elevators to stop momentarily. There are several indoor areas of the ship that stay hot as well. You’ll sweat just standing there.
