The elevators are the biggest problem. There are 24 elevators, 4 groups of 6. You will wait 5 to 15 minutes for an elevator while watching only 1 or 2 of the 6 elevators in that area move from floor to floor. They almost make you take the stairs to get anywhere without standing there with 10 other people waiting on full elevators to stop momentarily. There are several indoor areas of the ship that stay hot as well. You’ll sweat just standing there.
Embarkation

Easy. Just make sure to do the online checkin and get the paperwork out of the way. We did this and practically walked straight on the ship. No hassle.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The selection of drinks was mediocre. The dining room was kind of chaos at times. The overall selection of food onboard was narrow and repetitive from day to day. The only decent meal was at Chop’s. Chop’s was very good. Awesome steaks.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
The amount of onboard activities was very good but easy to miss because the activities aren’t easily found. I missed a few events that I would have enjoyed but there was no clear list of events on the app and the paper list times kept changing from the scheduled times.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Awesome show’s. The Fine Line is an amazing show and 1887 A Journey in Time is well done. Make sure to make reservations before arriving. They are all packed and there is no chance of getting in without a reservation.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
All crew members and staff were friendly and helpful. The cabin steward was excellent, kept our room in tip top shape. The only problem was a couple of the Main Dining room staff, they were inattentive and slow to deliver.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
It’s a big ship with plenty to explore and I think anybody would enjoy it.
Cabin / Stateroom

The beds were ok. The is small but well laid out. The shower is actually a better size than Carnival ships. The balcony has excellent views. The exterior door didn’t seal very well, as a result the room got warm at times. The AC for the room is not adequate. It didn’t come close to getting the room cool enough on the hotter days.
Really nice island with a good lagoon and buffet. Swim up bars are nice but crowded. Anything beyond swimming in the lagoon or ocean cost extra even though it’s Royal Caribbean’s island.
Too packed with shop vendors that are all hassling anybody passing by to visit them and they aren’t nice about it. It’s buy this and that and they don’t observe the exchange rate. Some would say the rate was 15.50 pesos to 1 dollar when it was actually 20 pesos to 1 dollar. It’s mostly a touristy shopping trap preying on unwitting buyers to make a higher profit for the same jun from vendor to vendor.
Carried our own bags off the ship (as we like it). No problems getting to our shuttle. Could use better signs as to which shuttles are at which locations though.
