I really wish I had a lot of amazing things to say, I wish I could've enjoyed my cruise to the fullest but with all the deactivation to my families and I cards we were pulled away from events and spent so much time trying to fix our key cards that were no mistake of ours and we were denied using our beverage packages multiple times it was embarrassing and frustrating. I enjoyed the ports and some activites on the ship when we were able to enjoy them without being disturbed with bs when dealing with deactivation of our cards, being locked out of our rooms, not being served or beverages having to leave clubs, kareoke, dinner, games etc.

I'm rating a 5 star off of the service we received in the main dining room. We went to the Hibatchi and it was not a good experience. The food that was prepared wasn't enough for everyone, only half of our table received salads and we had to ask numerous times for the salads. We spoke to the man in charge of that floor and received a discount but still was not a good experience considering we saved and planned this trip for over a year.
Onboard Activities

The pools were over crowed and no where to sit, I believe the Harmony need more pool space for the quantity of people it holds. Basketball court was amazing my sons had a blast. Mini golf was nice for the little ones. I'm big on pools and came home with no tan because there was no where to lay out. This was a real disappointment.

waiters excellent. room steward amazing. other personnel on the ship friendly but my overall experience with the customer service was not so good from the first day on the trip to the last day on the trip my family of 6 key cards were deactivated daily. we had over six credit cards on the account and paid cash for our expenses early because when they locked our accounts we couldnt use our drink packages, shop etc. This is where I spent most of my time back and forward with constant error on our bills deactivation of our cards and not being able to use the drink packages we already paid for. This was a total disappointment and became very time consuming where i missed a shows and had to leave shows because we couldn't order our beverages etc. this isn't the first royal cruise we been on but I think that this was my biggest disappointment considering we planned this cruise for over a year, we spent a lot of money and had a group of 22 people. This was my gift to both my sons one from the military and one for being on the deans list throughout college. I really expected the trip to be as wonderful as my last experience on royal but it was not. We have another cruised booked for April 2020 and we as a whole are thinking of cancelling the trip.
