What are the best things about organizing this Cruise was working with I'll cruise sales representative at BJ's. His name is Scott Miller and he knew everything about the ship and the cruise from boarding to the special entertainment and the key option to embark and disembark the ship quickly. The chi also provides lunch on the first day in the main dining at a breakfast on the last day in the main dining avoiding the crowds in the buffets. The program also offers priority seating at shows and and 1st disembarkation at ports. Scott also knew the best room on the floor we chose to have less rocking and a slightly larger balcony. He also followed up with us to find out how the cruise was. This was personalized service that I did not expect from a BJ's travel agent. If you are able to ask for him specifically I suggest you do so.
Embarkation

Simple and organized
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Buffet food was not as high quality as expected. But the main dinning and specialty restaurants were of better quality.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Pools were over crowded on sea days but they were always extremely clean and lifeguards made everyone obey the pool rules.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
All shows were outstanding. The aqua theater show was stunning. The Broadway shows Greece and Columbus were very entertaining and the ice show was fantastic. I would suggest to see all shows on the cruise. They are all well produced and very professional and so entertaining.
Children's Programs
No children
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Steward was fantastic. No complaints whatsoever. Every time we left the room we returned with our room refreshed.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Spotless and efficient. We saw them cleaning 24/7.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The size of our cabin was a little bit smaller than what we usually get on Carnival however it was extremely clean and was kept that way throughout the whole Cruise.
Ship tip
Smoking areas are not well ventilated and one is right near the pool. Don't expect to spend too much time in the casino cuz the smoke is just ridiculous.
This point was not too special. Everywhere we walked someone was trying to give us a lounge chair for tips and the barbecue from the ship was not as good as anticipated. So we stayed for a few hours and went back to the ship for lunch where the food was much better.
The plot was very clean very open at a nice place to visit. We spent the entire time at the pool in Margaritaville. There was no minimum purchase however we did have a few drinks at the pool. The DJ that was very entertaining and the people were very nice. Well worth the trip.
After being at this point three times prior we decided not to bother getting out again because it's nothing at the port except a few restaurants that are overpriced and bars and small shops. Going off the port property is a little unsafe. The last time we were there people followed us up and down the streets trying to sell drugs. So it was a decision to stay on the ship at this port on the trip.
