Cruise was great... could have been better if kids had more entertainment, kid size pool (3ft or so) and also more shows.

Overall excellent and would recommend this cruise and Royal Caribbean. A few minor areas for Royal Caribbean to address to keep their standard for excellence that has come to be the expectation when sailing with them.

I enjoyed RC it was very family friendly we all had a wonderful experience.

My overall experience was excellent, however some of the guest on board were very rude and unprofessional. To much pushing and shoving in the small confined areas elevator, eating areas and getting on and off the ship.

My wife became I'll on the first day. She ate a pepper salad at sorentos, it had mussels in it. She is highly allergic. There was no label to indicate the contents. It took 24 hours to get NEW sheets and pillow cases. The cruise was booked 1 year in advance and 2 other couples decided to join us. We were not able to be seated together until day 2. We could not rectify this for months prior to sailing, ( privacy issues). Poor business acumen since we were celebrating a wedding anniversary.

As a point of reference, this is the 20th cruise for my wife and me and our 6th cruise on Royal Caribbean. Two years ago, we took a cruise on Oasis of the Seas, the sister ship to Harmony of the Seas. Our reason for booking this specific cruise was so my wife could participate in the Royal Poker Tournament Main Event. This specific event has been held for the past twelve years and recently it has taken place during the first two weeks of December on the Oasis of the Seas. In the past, the event has been two weeks long, but this year it was held only during the first week of December. The Conference Room on Deck 3 of the ship was converted to a Poker Room for both tournaments and cash games. My wife won an entry into the Royal Poker Tournament Main Event two years ago by winning a free cruise and tournament entry on another Royal Caribbean cruise. She enjoyed participating in the week-long poker event so much that she wanted to try it again. She was equally happy this year, and most likely we will attend this event in future years as long as Royal Caribbean continues to host it. The fact that the ship also stopped at the ports of Philipsburg in Saint Maarten, San Juan in Puerto Rico, and Coco Cay in the Bahamas was a plus. In summary, we enjoyed the total experience and would enthusiastically recommend this ship and itinerary to any travelers who are looking for an excellent cruise with the bonus of a great poker room.

I have fallen in love with Royal Caribbean. I save all night itineraries and share with my family, friends and my grandkids when I get home. This is my second Cruise, and they both were Unforgettable.

Harmony of the Seas is amazing. And, as always, Royal Caribbean service is excellent.

Package was suppose to have $200 credit, didn't. Got charged $14.50 tips per day each, supposed to be pre-paid. no reservations for anything for week availbale the first day of trip! no robes in room till 3rd day. half of our pre-paid drinks in room not there. automatic tip on every drink plus airport pricing with $9 beer and $4 coke and $15 coctail. Zultran machine broken all week with lines at it. Zip line was 40 feet? 3rd world vibe on ship with crew selling packages all week. no anniversary stuff in room. TP police stopped me in hall when i got a roll off their cart. free restaurants and wifi didn't happen

This was a very relaxed cruise and not a go go gotta do it all experience that we have done in the past. Very enjoyable.

The days at sea were boring. The activities included a class on scrap booking in which the person presenting it did not know much about it and my wife turn out that she knew much more.

The food was awesome. The ship is more like a resort! There were some small negatives but overall I would go on Harmony of the Seas again!

We were happy with cruise. But the My Time dining made us angry. The long wait to get in. then they sat us in a corner. We complained about it. Then they gave us another corner. then they finally gave us a better table for 2. But it was at the tail end of the earlier seating, and everyone was gone by then.
