Buy directly from cruise line. Do not buy with travel agents like . Its incredibly difficult to work with these guys if we book with agent.

I always book with aaa all 7 cruises and it works out well! She deals directly with the cruise line for anything we need!

I have had great success with my travel agent, Mark Stoll @ Cruise Vacation Outlet. When I asked Cruise line about the difference booking direct they said I get better service (not). I guess you just picked wrong company.

I have taken 10 cruises and eight of them are always booked directly with the cruise line usually the third day on the cruise I’ll book it on the ship for the next year never had a problem and you are in control of what you pick on your cruise page keep on cruising I love the cruise
