Review summary

The food was awesome. The ship is more like a resort! There were some small negatives but overall I would go on Harmony of the Seas again!

If you are open to trying new foods this is an amazing experience!

Service and Staff

Room steward and waiters were great. Guest services and people in other areas were lacking a bit. I would have to ask multiple guest service representatives questions to get the right answer.

Cabin / Stateroom

This was the perfect size for us! The beds were a little hard for our liking but we slept decently the whole week.

Ship tip

Make reservations for my time dining and shows so that you aren't stuck waiting in lines. Get up early at port so that you can get off the ship quickly... and the back of the ship near the abyss slide is a beautiful all glass area to sit at and over look the ocean (there is a bar there too)!

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

We walked around Philipsburg and there were a lot of stray, hungry, sad dogs which was tough to see.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Love it here!

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

Go to Columbus Cove early and get front row seats. You won't be disappointed!

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
We had the key! Guest services did not understand where to send us for disembarkation so it was confusing at first but once we were in the right spot, they do facial recognition so you don't even need to wait at customs.

On beds... I always ask my room steward the first day to soften up the bed, and they always do a great job!! Sometimes they put a mattress pad on it, and other times they will double up two comforters and put the sheets over it... Never a problem. 😀

We really love sailing on Harmony too. I know what you mean about the beds being hard. I think they are even harder on the Symphony. I felt like I was sleeping on a slab of concrete!!
