Harmony of the Seas is amazing. And, as always, Royal Caribbean service is excellent.

We checked in through the app beforehand, scanned our passports and took our pictures. We were able to get expedited arrival which made our embarkation process extremely fast. By the time we got to our cabin we were shocked how fast it was.

My rooms was a good size and layout was comfortable. The bed was a little hard but nothing we couldn't manage.
Ship tip
Use the RC app and make reservations for dinner and shows ahead of time.
It was a little overwhelming. We didn't plan ahead so we didn't do an excursion. There was construction all around and access to only a few shops unless you take a taxi somewhere else.
We did the ATV and Beach excursion (Aviomar Tours). It was a great experience and great service! And, we had the change to shop around the pier before boarding the ship again.
