It was our 50th anniversary cruise with our children and grandkids and we all had the best week. Weather was perfect at clear and 85 everyday. Ship is beautiful and well designed. Service was outstanding yet food was only good to very good. All ports were good with only area to improve being to reduce lines a Cococay water park

Very poor. Employees checking in our family of 10 was confused and needed help as if they were poorly trained. 45 min check in that normally goes smooth

Main dining room very good. Wait staff had excellent service. Choice of appetizers need to be improved in quality and number of choices. We did not try any specialty restaurants.

Well designed ocean view balcony cabin with a his and hers closet. Lay out with bed by balcony was better than those cabins where you walk into bed

Reserve all shows prior to check in. Be prepared to be constantly approached to buy drink and dinner packages
Great job in renovating the island. Do not recommend the water park—too crowded and lines too long. Family was there most of day and were able to go on 2 or 3 slides. Surprised to learn on larger sliders you need to make reservations ( never told this when tickets were purchased)... the time at oasis pool was outstanding. Food was above average
