It was awesome the suite experience was like no other with an attentive genie. St Martin was disappointing and at coco cay my adult kids were not served on a raft floating bar that was the only other issue. Week went so fast and deck was awesome in suite!!

As gold members we’ve cruised on RCC several times. Harmony of the Seas is a beautiful ship and easy to navigate considering how large it is. It was very disappointing to see how much was being charged for specialty restaurants which made up more than half the places to dine. Too many times things seemed very disorganized especially in the buffet. We witnessed an almost knock down fight over food one night !! No one was in charge of lines so very rude people jumped in front of those standing in line forever. There was no one from the ship to help move lines in the correct manner. Entertainment was the worse we have seen on RCC. Too many nights of just empty venues. The musical groups were very lacking .The same groups performed every night . No real variety . No real talent!

I loved loved loved every minute on the cruise ship!!!!!!!! Unfortunately for me, I tested positive for Covid the day I arrived back at home! That said, I will definitely go on another Royal Caribbean Cruise!

Overall great cruise on board and off. Staff was attentive to anything we needed. Highly recommend

This was the best cruise ship I've ever embarked on. It was like a floating mall with a beautiful park in the center. The activities, excursions and service beyond exceptional; I will definitely be returning!

My cruise was extremely disappointing! I wish I had not gone! The ship was too big and the crew did not really care about providing good services. The cabin left me in tears!! I was so much disappointed with it. The cabin was small and the air quality was very poor. For a so called balcony room, you could not get fresh air from outside because of the deceptive design of calling an inside room a balcony room.

This was a wonderful week of cruising. Really enjoyed my time aboard. Would recommend this ship to all my friends.

I just loved this 7 day getaway cruise. My husband and I really enjoyed the time spent on Harmony of the Seas.

My "Specialty Dinner for 2" was not recognized onboard, even though it was on my booking confirmation. Same for "PrePaid Gratuities for 2". We ended up visiting guest services about 6 times for various reasons. Sad to say, this was not a good experience at all. Boarded the ship between 1230 and 1pm, but spent the next 4 hours trying to straighten things out with booking of show reservations, changing dinner times to coordinate with show reservations, and trying to rectify our specialty dinner for 2. Overall food for the entire cruise in main dining was not up to par. Also, one of my lobster tails was "spoiled". Main dining Service attendants were very good. Other food service attendants were not so customer focused. I would rate the Food on Carnival and Celebrity much better than this RC experience. The RC App was a disgrace, and did not work properly. Had to remind Room Attendant to replace a few items that were running low and/or out.

This was our first cruise and we’d definitely book another after this experience. So many activities on the ship and at the ports. Staff was friendly and service was great. We were never disappointed with the food. Maybe enjoyed the food and all the options a little too much. Impressed that the ship was so clean especially all the bathrooms. Cruise compass delivered each evening was a nice touch. Interior room was great for sleep with regards to lighting but adjacent room noise travels easily. If you don’t like being crowded into elevators, take the stairs because there will be crowding even when you think another body can’t possibly fit.

It was a family reunion trip and everyone had a great time. The ship is large with many activities to enjoy. The ports were enjoyable.

We have sailed many times on Royal Caribbean, and they were our favorite cruise line. However, the experience on the last two cruises we have done with them (we sailed on Odyssey on 12/26/21) have both been really bad. As a result, we will not be sailing again with them for a very long time.

i love this cruise. it was over first experience but it was really amazing.

Cruise ship was beautiful and modern. Staff was extremely friendly and always willing to assist. Deluxe beverage package was definitely worth the money.

This was a great first cruise for my daughter and me. The boat was amazing. The food was good, specialty restaurant Jamie Oliver and Sabor was excellent. A little disappointed in the excursions but overall great experience and can't wait for our next one.
