Review summary
My "Specialty Dinner for 2" was not recognized onboard, even though it was on my booking confirmation. Same for "PrePaid Gratuities for 2". We ended up visiting guest services about 6 times for various reasons. Sad to say, this was not a good experience at all. Boarded the ship between 1230 and 1pm, but spent the next 4 hours trying to straighten things out with booking of show reservations, changing dinner times to coordinate with show reservations, and trying to rectify our specialty dinner for 2. Overall food for the entire cruise in main dining was not up to par. Also, one of my lobster tails was "spoiled". Main dining Service attendants were very good. Other food service attendants were not so customer focused. I would rate the Food on Carnival and Celebrity much better than this RC experience. The RC App was a disgrace, and did not work properly. Had to remind Room Attendant to replace a few items that were running low and/or out.Embarkation

Lots of People....almost too many. Karaoke was overcrowded, and likely more people that fire code would allow.
