Review summary

As gold members we’ve cruised on RCC several times. Harmony of the Seas is a beautiful ship and easy to navigate considering how large it is. It was very disappointing to see how much was being charged for specialty restaurants which made up more than half the places to dine. Too many times things seemed very disorganized especially in the buffet. We witnessed an almost knock down fight over food one night !! No one was in charge of lines so very rude people jumped in front of those standing in line forever. There was no one from the ship to help move lines in the correct manner. Entertainment was the worse we have seen on RCC. Too many nights of just empty venues. The musical groups were very lacking .The same groups performed every night . No real variety . No real talent!

Specialty restaurant prices were so outrageous we were not able to enjoy any of them . Food in the dining room was good and had variety. Buffet was good most of the time though a little repetitive at breakfast.

Onboard Activities

The gym was well equipped . Also the outer track around the ship was a great plus to our workout. It was disappointing that there wasn’t a pool large enough to swim in. The people responsible for the pool designs should be shown the pictures of everyone crowed into a pool so small like sardines in a can! They couldn’t do much but just stand shoulder to shoulder! Not Covid safe!

Entertainment

The best performance was Jeff Tracta. Ice skating show was good. Grease was not good! Way too amateur for a main show on the ship. It seems the entertainment department had a real problem finding great talent overall!

Service and Staff

Main dining was wonderful thanks to the great service by Cliff and Lubobolu. Our room steward Azus was so wonderful ! He took very good care of us and our room .

Our bed was extremely hard! We woke up each day with neck and back pain . It felt like sleeping on a yoga mat on the floor! Plus was great water pressure! Flushing the toilet was always a problem. At times it wouldn’t flush. We were told that just happens when several people are flushing at the same time. Really?
