Review summary

My cruise was extremely disappointing! I wish I had not gone! The ship was too big and the crew did not really care about providing good services. The cabin left me in tears!! I was so much disappointed with it. The cabin was small and the air quality was very poor. For a so called balcony room, you could not get fresh air from outside because of the deceptive design of calling an inside room a balcony room.

The ship is too big and the inside "balcony" concept is shame. The air quality was terrible and the view was horrible. Leaves you feeling like you are in a prison cell, especially since you purportedly purchased a balcony

Wow! Conduct just a little bit of research prior to choosing a vacation. The Harmony and all Oasis Class ships have been this big since they were built. They just didn't grow in size overnight! I suspect this is another fake review as the majority of reviews on this site regarding the Harmony have been extremely positive.

We were in a Boardwalk View room in April and our cabin was a great size. It was 192 sq ft. We loved it. We have an ocean view balcony room next week on Harmony. We loved Harmony back in April and the hospitality was great. Hoping for another great cruise next week.

It sounds like you did not do any research as to how big the cabin is how big the ship is and how many people would be on board you must research before you book

Well it clearly states on the website how many square feet each of the cabins is. A balcony is no bigger than an interior non-balcony room it just has a balcony at it. You’re not gonna get fresh air by opening the doors unless you prop your cabin door to the hallway open air Has to have somewhere to go.

Thanks for the review. Sounds like cruising is probably not for you. Many of the issues you had a common on most ships. Maybe a land vacation would be better.
