We traveled with some friends and had a wonderful time. Cruising is now back to pre-Covid. No vaccinations no mask.

Beautiful ship, but with the capacity to hold 6000 passengers, it can get crowded very fast. Staff was A 1 all the time, very friendly and engaging.

We Didn’t enjoy this one at all. This is Our 10th cruise . Will not sail the mega ship any longer. Especially with COVID. Your chances of getting sick on these ship increases dramatically. It’s wall to wall people at every venue. If I would offer any advise it would be to cruise a different line, or a smaller class ship on Royal. These mega ships are mass production and mass market at its finest.

Love the Oasis class ships. They are so different than all the other ships.

I would say that Royal has taken a serious step back in service. Over the last 12 months we have been on 3 cruises. Each a step down from the one before. This one was the final straw. We will be looking elsewhere. Its sad. They were rpeviously the class of the Caribbean. Now they are below average.

We arrested we enjoyed meeting some wonderful people. The food was awesome and the service from royal Caribbean is unlocked in the other. We can't wait to go back January 2 to do it all over again.

This was a great relaxing vacation. You have the ability to meet new friends and network with them .

Great ship. Some spotty mediocre service, but some outstanding. So much to do.

Up and Down Cruise but in the end, Royal Caribbean offered an amazing trip. We are already planning our next cruise on Harmony for 2023.

We have done other cruise lines before but this was by far the best cruise experience we have had. From the check in process to the check out - everything was taken care of and the service is really amazing. Kids had an amazing time as well. Def recommend - the amenities, the service, the room, you name it! Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience Royal Caribbean and staff!

Royal Caribbean knows how to take care of their passengers and provide a fantastic cruise.

RCCL Customer service is non existent. There are huge holes in activities. It's like everything is at the same inconvenient time. Labadee is paradise.

This cruise would have been rated at a 5.0 if the main dining room was decent and if we would have made our ports. We cannot control the weather but someone could help the main dining room. We were ushered in like cattle and then berated for not liking our dinner. Assuming it was just an evening of stress for our wait staff we returned and had similar experiences the next two nights. Aside from that, the cruise was perfect. The rest of the crew was top notch and the entertainment was exceptional. Perfect Day at CocoCay was just that PERFECT! Highly recommend this cruise...just skip the main dining room if you can.

Over all the cruise was absolutely amazing. Would love to take this voyage again

Love Harmony and disappointed it will be moving to Galveston & Ft. Lauderdale.

Nice trip would do it again but very expensive for a family of 5.

Our cruise started with having to stand outside in the heat for over an hour we were both soaking wet from sweat. Took 20 minutes to drive across the street and park the car because they only had one attendant collecting money and it was backed up.Had reservations for dinner but still had to wait 30 minutes.

With the exception of a cruise extension due to a hurricane and a cruise cut short due to the ship running aground and having to fly home, Cruising is the best of all vacations and the most relaxing experience that you can have while seeing a beautiful place every day and knowing that your room is there waiting for you at the end of the day.

All in all, we had fun. The food was great, we met some awesome folks, we really enjoyed the Schooner Bar, On-Air and the Park-West Art Auction. Sadly, because of the lack of an adult only pool and the poor service in the Solarium, we won't go back on the Harmony again.

RC needs to either add more infrastructure or better schedule departures and port visits. Overall cruise was very good but we will be taking smaller ships in future. The venue on board could not handle 6000 people at times
