Up and Down Cruise but in the end, Royal Caribbean offered an amazing trip. We are already planning our next cruise on Harmony for 2023.

Our entire party of 7 had the Key. For some reason 1 out of the 7 had been completely dropped out of the reservation system. As if she had never booked a cruise. After a long wait, which killed the Key Experience, they allowed her to board with our party. Took them 3 days and many visits to Guest Services to get her account straightened out.... I give this 4 stars because I understand the Key would have been very nice other wise.

Our entire party loved Sabor, Jamie's Italian, Johnny Rockets and Park Cafe the most. The main dining room was very hit and miss from night to night. The Food Jammer, I mean Windjammer is descent buffet food. We have all decided next cruise we are getting the unlimited dining plan.

Our room steward, Sanjay was amazing. I got sick mid-cruise and he went above and beyond to help get me through a 24 hour quarantine. He and our Asst. Server Khar were amazing.
Ship Quality

Overall, Harmony was amazing. This Oasis class ship had spoiled our family. We look forward for our next cruise.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was perfect size for my wife and I. Didn't get 5 stars due to being a Boardwalk cabin. If you do not like being hot, stay away from the Boardwalk cabins. The hallway and elevators stayed hot the entire cruise. If you don't mind the temps it was perfect.
Ship tip
Go to all of the main shows. Ice Skating, Comedy and the Aqua shows were amazing.
