Review summary

Our cruise started with having to stand outside in the heat for over an hour we were both soaking wet from sweat. Took 20 minutes to drive across the street and park the car because they only had one attendant collecting money and it was backed up.Had reservations for dinner but still had to wait 30 minutes.

The worst embarkation we have ever had. Had to wait outside in the heat for over an hour even though we arrived at the poor at our designated time. Took 20 minutes to drive across the street to park the car because they only had one person collecting money for the parking so the parking was backed up all the way to the terminal.

Even though we had reservations for dinner we had to wait over half an hour. It is obvious you have closed down the my time dining. In the past at 6:30 the dining room would be empty allowing for quick seating of the my time diners. what you have done to the my time dining is not right.
