It was an amazing experience that I had with my wife. We had great service throughout and throughly enjoyed our vacation.

It is great to be able to relax and not worry about anything. The food and service were great. The other cruisers were friendly. It was quite relaxing.

This was my husband's first cruise and my first time with this cruise line and had a fantastic experience and would cruise with them again!

Only complaint is the wifi wasn’t worth paying for. It barely worked for us

ship is very small on old. you feel every single wave. crew even said how they hate when it goes to labadee as its a always a rough ride there,. Drink machines constantly broke down. ac in cabin broke had to be fixed twice. just completely underwhelming trip

ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH. It was really a ship for senior citizens. So very low key.

Overall a great time. Loved getting dressed up and eating dinner at Great Gatsby. Met some very nice people both staff and guests.

Will not sail on this ship again even if it was free. Very disappointed on overall state of ship. Food in dining room and buffet was below par. Crew was outstanding.

All around ok but not the best cruise we’ve been on with Royal. Main dining was a joke cause it took over 3 hours to eat the first night. Appears the waiter and assistant didn’t really worry about patrons. Other tables were served and left while we were still waiting on our food.

I'm sorry my daughter and I did not have a good time We both came home sick and are still trying to recuperate I will not be cruising with RC again. It's a constant request for upgrades and offers to buy

Was a bit rough seas one night, but other than that a great cruise!

Awesome way to celebrate my pending retirement! Ship, crew, food and weather all came together to make for a relaxing and restorative 9 days! We're booking another trip on the Grandeur for this December!

All in all it was a beautiful 9 days and great vacation. Although the ship is older and medium ranged it was clean and nice. Lacked with food options and entertainment.

I like the cruise I had never to been to 'Haiti'. Key West is always a fun place to visit. The private island in Haiti is nothing more than an overpriced resort with private cabanas costing up to $600/pp for the day. They did have some local vendors selling souvenirs and such, but they were too pushy for me so we left that area. They had a barbecue lunch for guests, but I didn't eat there as there were flies all over the food. Don't expect to see 'Haiti' (its a private land for RC), but the beaches are nice and it was a great spot to relax for the day.

You must pay for food and drinks when th ship closes. Yep , the entire ship close down and if you are seen out of your room afterwards you will be drilled with your whereabouts and why!

will still cruise Royal just got caught up with a bad ship tha we did not check out before hand do to limited choices before we could go.

ALL THE PORTS SCHEDULED WERE CHANGED two months before sailing but, we had airfare, hotel and time off from work scheduled, we didn't request a refund. (Royal offered full refund, no penalties... but, we went anyway.) So, we picked this cruise for the ports, which were all cancelled / changed. That being said, we had a lovely, relaxing time. Very romantic time, connecting and decompressing.

If it were not for Labadee I would have asked for my money back. The live bands and dancers were friendly, entertaining, and gave a real Haitian vibe. I loved the floating bar, the swings, etc.. I was at the kids splash Parc enjoying myself like a child. Labadee was so fun!

Overall decent cruise, casino is jam packed AND super tight!

We will DEFINITELY book again with Royal Caribbean. With the exception of the Miami Port experience (which was NOT a game changer) and the stop in St. Lucia, the itinerary and experience was great.
