I can’t say enough good things about royal Caribbean and the crew of this ship! Well run processes well trained and pleasant staff who always go above and beyond

It was a wonderful relaxing 5 night cruise with no hassles.

Good product at a fair price. Comfortable ship and very friendly crew. Food was surprisingly good.

I had a great time overall. I wouldn’t go back on this ship mainly because of the size of the cabin. The ship is an older ship and didn’t have a lot of things a newer ship has. The entertainment was great and the food was great also. One other thing if you have young children get a special room key so can’t use in arcade even if you set a limit on there card it will not work can cast you a lot of money. Few things I found that someone might like to know. 1 don’t use open dinning had to still reserve a time before going to dinner. Ship catered to older people not a lot for young children, no water slides and pools closed early 9 pm.

The Cruise was very relaxing and fun. I enjoyed the many on board activities during the day, evening and late night. There were so many great options available for dining. Loved Solarium for 16+.

This is a great cruise whether traveling with family, a couple or a group of people. I highly recommend this cruise. The entire staff was awesome. Very friendly, always smiling and saying hello.

A+ vacation. Wonderful experience . We were on ship to.relax and that is what we did.Service was stellar. Food delicious and really enjoyed being around a crew that loved their jobs and treating us like king and queen for the week. We ate Well, slept well,enjoyed great drinks, fun entertainment and made some new friends. Thank you RC

Grandeur of the Seas is a mid-sized ship, not a floating city, and that’s why we like it. We have stayed in an “Owner’s Suite” three times on this ship because these cabins are spacious and beautiful. Our only complaint about the ports is that we arrived in the afternoon at two of the three ports and felt this was too late to take advantage of some of the offerings. We look forward to our next trip on the “Lady G” as she is called by the staff.

Great trip overall. Bermuda is breathtaking and the locals are very friendly. We explored on our own, taking the bus and ferry. Great alternative to an overpriced excursion. I recommend this cruise to any considering booking.

This cruise was for my honeymoon. We enjoyed it for the most part. The crew was friendly and helpful. Most of the food was good. Bermuda was amazing! I want to return and stay longer. We had a lot of fun in the cupcake decorating class and playing trivia. The main things we didn’t like were issues with flies on our cruise and the signs the ship needs better maintenance. We also would have appreciated more adults-only time in the solarium. We had some bad weather, so I understand the need to give the kids pool time on those days; however, because the pool always closed early, we had two days with very little adult time. Also kids were not supposed to be in the whirlpools, but that wasn’t enforced.

For my first cruise, I probably should have selected a larger ship. Overcast skies, rough seas and rain didn't help. I'm thankful I don't get seasick. The entertainment was subpar, and the one pool area was too small and filled with children. The staff onboard were great, including our dinner host/assistant waiter. Michael who hosted a lot of events (karaoke/trivia) was the best entertainer on the boat.

This was our second cruise on Grandeur of the Seas and the second time enjoying the Royal Suite. Each time we were with family and enjoyed sharing the Royal Suite with them. There was never a time when we were bored or having a lack of choice entertainment. We seemed to spend time in the Schooner Bar on both cruises because of the singing and piano playing entertainment--the entertainer being a different person on each cruise. We drifted around the ship from shop to shop, enjoyed the Windjammer Café, stopped from time to time to watch the activities in the Centrum, ate excellent meals in the early evening in the main dining room, and had a delicious meal one of the evenings in the "Chops Grille." The excursions were well organized and entertaining. Wonderful ship and wonderful cruise!!

This cruise was very enjoyable, relaxing, beautiful ports with excellent shore excursions available.

Time in Bermuda is TOO short (arrive mid-afternoon and then depart late mid-afternoon the following day.... not much exploring time when you factor in time for meals and sleep). Would have been much better if we had a FULL DAY in Bermuda instead of 2 small pieces of a day.

Hated it, biggest waste of money. taking RC off my list, will tell others to do the same
