Delightful staff. Well done embarkation and disembarkation. Great interactions. Spa was so helpful with chronic pain. Accupuncture knocked my pain down to nonexistent. Very professional there. Food was excellent. Medical was wonderful with seasickness and any minor injuries. Great for adults.

Most dining experiences were phenomenal. Servers were usually attentive and creative in meeting dietary needs.
Onboard Activities

Gym was crowded. All encountered were polite and helpful. Children need more activities geared to them. Suggest more early evening children's activities rather than showing adult geared movies first then children's movies later. Staff everywhere with the rare exception were fabulous.
Entertainment

Enjoyed the rythm and rhyme show. Wish the outfits would have been more true to the era as each number was done. Some performances were risque for a family show. Performers were very talented. Show flowed seamlessly.
Children's Programs

Staff were very attentive and involved. Climb through activity was blocked off the duration of the cruise. Arcade was costly and very small. Had to activate previously purchased credits at another floor guest services. Need more for children to do on Granduer. Suggest adding more water activities.

Room stewards were very attentive. They helped with the sea sickness. Room was always ship shape whenever we returned unless requested Do not disturb.
Ship Quality

Very clean areas. Rocked alot in the ocean voyage. Ship lavoratories could be redesigned to flush better. Always kept clean. Suggest adding disposable seat covers to lavoratories.
Cabin / Stateroom

Small. Well maintained. Except the implement below the shower hose which fell off and cut my arm. Ship personnel repaired immediately. Medical was quick to tend the cut. Maintenance was fabulous. There can be some language differences. The personnel are very international. I enjoyed interacting with 99% of staff members. Fabulous staff!
Ship tip
Smaller ship. Rocks alot. If you have children aboard consider bringing entertainment along. Enjoy your fellow passengers. We certainly did. Veterans/ First responders celebration made me cry. Very good.
