iWe enjoyed the number of Ports which included 2 overnights. This is probably one of our best experiences on Royal Caribbean to date.

The ship has rust on her on many spots and needs paint. Some cabin windows, the caulk around window coming off. Room was warm. Fire the MDR chef. Dry dock the ship and spend some money on her. Handles the sea with minimal movement. Great staff, clean ship. Most public spaces are nice except for adult pool needs maintenance bad. Specialty restaurant are superb. Diamond members on royal Carribean I heard soon will not have access to the crown lounge according to the lounge employee. It will be for pinacle and suites only. More BS from RCCL, The ship is to have robes upon request for diamond members. Cabin steward took over 3 days to find only one. The compliment of chef gift for a diamond member turned out to be a banana and apple and some grapes. Shame on Royal Carribean. At lunch in the windjammer I saw a carving station only 2 times. The food is hit or miss there. This food on this ship needs improvement.

Truly enjoyed this cruise; the small size of the ship; the friendly staff; the easy atmosphere; and the smoking area on the 5th floor! Suggest Royal offer courtesy transport from the ship to the end of the dock in such ports where the walk is long.

Great cruise for a great price! I would recommend if you can do without all of the bells and whistles a newer ship offers.

I would recommend Grandeur anytime. A very intimate ship.

All in all it was a wonderful cruise. Kind of disappointed that there were so many kids on it, but not much we could do about that. We will just have to be a little more selective for our next sailing.

It was my first cruise ever the experience was more learning than it would be the second trip but overall I would do it again

This was our first Royal Caribbean Cruise and it blew us away compared to previous cruising. We wouldn’t mind sailing the same itinerary again. The staff the boat everything to us seemed perfect !

The only thing that I might change is to not allow thong swimsuits. I don't want to look at someone's ass cheeks. And it's risqué for a family environment with children onboard.

The Grandeur of the Seas was the perfect ship to celebrate my mom’s 80th Birthday Celebration. The crew and staff went over and beyond to make this best experience of a lifetime!

This was a birthday cruise for myself and my adult son. The cruise was a lot of fun and the people were very friendly. Unfortunately due to thunderstorms I chose not to get off the ship at either of the ports.

This cruise was my first and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. In fact, before departing I booked another cruise for same time next year.

The cruise was very enjoyable, relaxing food was excellent Both ports were great experience the whole overall of the five day cruise was an awesome. First time experience would love to go again.

The ship was full but Royal Caribbean keeps everything working smoothly and orderly. The dining room food was disappointing. The live music made up for any negatives. I meant for this to be a relaxing cruise and it was. Service at bars and everywhere else was good.

Was a nice long weekend at a good deal. Again, ship needs an update and more activies.

On our 2nd to last day on the ship, we went to the restaurant for brunch time. We were wearing tank tops and shorts, waiting in line with a bunch of other people wearing the same thing, or in many cases even less (swim suits, ect). The lady attending to the line and allowing people in, walked up to me and my partner and told us we needed to get out of the line and go back into the room and change because it wasn’t appropriate. It was odd to me since other people were being allowed in with no issue. We returned once we changed and once again, were in line with people who were wearing the same thing or less. Those other people were let in with no issue and not asked to change. It felt like we were being singled out and discriminated against, possibly because me and my partner are in a same sex relationship. Another evening, the last night on the ship, we were going into the restaurant for dinner and Were at the door way waiting for entry to be seated, like we did the other nights. The person at the front rudely said “what are you waiting for, if you know your table just go sit”. Even though every other night we were told to wait to be seated. The glasses we got had lip stick stains on them, steak was over cooked, bread never came after we asked for more, as well as juice that I had to ask for 3 times. Our waiter, Demitrio and his co-waiter Pura however, were very nice and attentive.

I did enjoy my first cruise. Would definitely cruise again but on a different ship with more activities and more food. I would definitely get the internet & drink packafo

This cruise was just ok. Won't go on the Grandeur of the Seas again. Too old. Even some of the staff mentioned they were looking to transfer to other ships because this one was just too old and too much work.

Again, the food on the ship (excluding speciality restaurants) needs improving. Ship was very hot - too much glass in the windjammer, casino was very hot. We had an incident in the casio where a piece of metal was protruding from the wall and my husband ran into it - the problem was resolved not in the best way - a temporary fix. Dangerous situation.

Older ship but still an enjoyable cruise. Staff was great and eager to help you with whatever you want.
