Review summary

The ship has rust on her on many spots and needs paint. Some cabin windows, the caulk around window coming off. Room was warm. Fire the MDR chef. Dry dock the ship and spend some money on her. Handles the sea with minimal movement. Great staff, clean ship. Most public spaces are nice except for adult pool needs maintenance bad. Specialty restaurant are superb. Diamond members on royal Carribean I heard soon will not have access to the crown lounge according to the lounge employee. It will be for pinacle and suites only. More BS from RCCL, The ship is to have robes upon request for diamond members. Cabin steward took over 3 days to find only one. The compliment of chef gift for a diamond member turned out to be a banana and apple and some grapes. Shame on Royal Carribean. At lunch in the windjammer I saw a carving station only 2 times. The food is hit or miss there. This food on this ship needs improvement.

Service and Staff

Waiters were great. Cabin steward told us he only comes once a day and to pick a time between 8-12. Totally ridiculous. Took me 4 days to get a requested rob although we were two diamond members on RCCL. I guess we were to cut in half.

Ship Quality

Clean but adult pool is run down. Many pool tiles were black. Pool pillars by pool were peeling paint.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was warm. The air coming out was at best 70 degrees. If you know anything about HVAC systems it should be at least 62. I bet my cabin was never more than 76 degrees actual temperature. Never needed a cover. First time in well over 30 cruises. Called service and they took the screen of the AC vent for more air flow. I told the guy it’s not the air flow but the actual temperature coming out. It needed to be charged.
