Review summary

Overall, the personnel aboard the Grandeur are terrific.  Smiling and helpful.  It seems that my last critique was attended to: updating the movie equipment.  Now we can see everything on the screen with bright colors.  My only criticism, the merchandise in the shops aboard the ship isn't the greatest.  Oh well, it saves a little money.

Our room steward, Sanusi, couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful or efficient. The room adequate. We used to get a room with balcony, but frankly never really used it. We don't spend a lot of waking time in the cabin but it serves our needs. You could add a few more hangers in the closet. I now bring my own with me. We like to have the beds separate and have requested that on our trips, but when we get there the beds are together. Feel sorry that on the busiest day of the cruise our steward has to separate the beds. He has enough to keep him busy without that.
