I'm just curious when princess put in a rock climbing wall? I'll be on the grand in just under 3 weeks so I can't wait to use this feature! (Sarcasm added). Maybe the pools were shut down since you were in Alaska and to my knowledge they aren't heated. Can't imagine swimming in 50 degree water would've been fun for you either. But that's just an assumption. Like others have said, maybe a little more research on your part would've made for a more enjoyable cruise?

I agree with JT296. Some people are never satisfied...

Curious as to if this is for the right ship as grand princess has no rock wall to shut down...princess doesn't have that attraction on any ship??

Everything Jt1962 said and also you show you were in a large group? Must not ha e been a fun group.

Sounds like cruising may not be for you. Most love it, but it’s not for everyone. I can’t imagine being bored on a cruise in Alaska. On sea days we enjoy relaxing in a deck chair watching the ocean and scenery, reading a book, doing a crossword puzzle or taking a nap. Maybe more research and planning would have let you know what to expect onboard and in the ports and you would have been prepared.
