Review summary

in one word...SPECTACULAR!!!  Sailed the Grand 15 yrs. ago. While she's showing her age, the ship was maintained well and clean. Food in the dining room was outstanding! Service was top notch. Staff was incredibly gracious and accommodating for my husband who was in a wheelchair. This was the most memorable and unforgettable experience of our lives.  The helicopter/dog sled excursion is an absolute must! There are no words to describe that breThtKing experience.  The White Pass & Summit Route Railway was awesome as well.

Ada from was incredibly knowledgeable And experienced with all things Alaska.

Accessible cabin was very comfortable and roomy. The new bedding was amazing. The decor is quite dated and needs updating!!

Ship tip

Room service for breakfast was always prompt and hot.

Thanks for the review! We are leaving for our cruise this week. Could you tell me what the temps were while you were there? I am a desert girl coming from 115+ so just curious how cold I should be prepared for!!
