Big ship! Very impressive with all it's different venues. Being about 6 years old it's still in nice shape.

Loved the ship! Very easy to navigate, well maintained, wonderful staff.

Clean, friendly staff, good food and lots of activities to choose from

biggest ship to date for us, esp. liked the separate pool areas by age group, nice setup for kids, party types, and our favorite the adult only Solarium. the big screen by the main pool for the football playoffs was great !

Our cruise was wonderful in every way. The ports of call were excellent choices, and there was plenty of things to do and room on each excursion we chose. The shopping was fun, safety off ship seemed to be a priority, and we were lucky to have great weather to enjoy the ports and pools on deck, etc. The ship was remarkable, the service was above board, and there were plenty of activities during the day and night. Our suite was immaculate, and our children's rooms on the rear of the ship were also outstanding. The captain had a great sense of humor, and the help was very friendly.

Gorgeous and very comfortable! We happened to travel over the holidays. The holiday season, fact that it was longer than the usual 7 days made crew and "guests" particularly upbeat. Having a big number of multiple generational families and a cross section of international cultures also contributed to the memorable times on board. We especially enjoyed the art tour excursion in St. Maarten. The "art" was fun but what set it apart was going into small galleries, and artists' homes. We walked away with something closer to an insiders view that rarely happens on a trip such as this. Ssssh! don't tell too many people. Our guide "Sandra" was exceptional. Thank you for all.

The ship is clean and elegant. The staff is beyond excellent.

Ship was clean and fun. Food was tremendous. Staff was very friendly in all aspects. Our 4 kids (aged 14 - 19) had a blast, though the 18-19 year olds felt like "tweeners." Well organized activities. Cruise Director was hilarious. Great vacation for our first cruise ever.

I felt like the cruise line only wanted to get as many people packed on the ship as possible. It was in poor condition, for a ship as new as this one, the appearance was poor. This is my 9th cruise, and the 5th with royal caribbean, and it was the worst food I have ever had on a ship. I came away so disappointed that I really don't think I will take a cruise vacation again. The performers were talented, but the revues were cheesy, and my family walked out on both shows.

There was plenty to do on the ship, ice rink, flow rider, climbing wall, pools, shows, evening Promenode productions, etc

promenade too crowded, staterooms were bigger than on other ships we've sailed on. not enough places to dance, only had band in one club, only one night. also didn't appreciate having to pay to get to any beach on any island.(except their private island) cost minimum of 30.00 for spouse and i to go to a beach and back.

our cruise director was the best in our 12 cruises with RC.

We had sailed on the Freedom before and we enjoyed it as much the 2nd time.....the entertainment was top notch, and we made our reservations before boarding, which guaranteed us seats, especially for the ice show. We ate at Chops Grill, with outstanding food and service.....this cruise was part of the December Diamond celebration, so there were special events for Diamond and above Crown & Anchor members. On this sailing we were not able to tender at Grand Cayman because of the high seas, so we had another "sea day". We were disappointed at not being able to scuba dive, but we'll have to wait until next time! There were many events with Shrek & Fiona and Madagascar characters for the young and young at heart that added to the fun.

The ship was spectacular. It was so much fun to walk around and see all the details. The sports deck is awesome and the H2O area is soooo kid friendly. The winery "Vintages" was really neat and we would absolutely take this cruise ship again....and are thinking about planning it soon.
