GOOD, NOT GREAT, CRUISE

Sail Date: December 11, 2011

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

promenade too crowded, staterooms were bigger than on other ships we've sailed on. not enough places to dance, only had band in one club, only one night. also didn't appreciate having to pay to get to any beach on any island.(except their private island) cost minimum of 30.00 for spouse and i to go to a beach and back.

Pros: food in dining room, staff

Cons: no midnight buffet, too much emphasis on diamond members, gift shop guilty of false advertising, said all logo merchandise except clothing was 50% off, but in reality only select items were on sale.

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? No.

Ship Quality
Entertainment
shows were amazing, once they were over though, there wasn't much to do.
Food and Dining
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
didn' like someone watching over the soda dispenser and ice cream machine, for what they paid them to stand there all day, they could have given the soda AWAY FOR FREE.
