Loved the ship! Very easy to navigate, well maintained, wonderful staff.

Food and Dining

Great selection. Buffet selection was the same each day for breakfast and lunch but enough of a variety not to get bored. Appreciated that they offered a salad bar on the ship each day and a good selection of healthy options. Chops is an absolute must - $30.00 cover was well worth the value received.

Ice show was great! Wide arrange of activities including shows in the main theater, mini golf, open ice skating, great gym equipment with sauna and steam room, basketball court, casino and the list goes on - we were never bored!

Service and Staff

Housekeeping service was eager to rush us off the ship (even though we opted for the express debarkation and were leaving the ship by 7a). They had the beds turned over before we even came back after breakfast to pick up our luggage and made comments to others in our party that we had to get off the ship right away (even though we were well within the 45 minute window for express debarkation). Also, housekeeping staff on travel companion's room made comments regarding extra tips.

Dining room and bar staff were excellent. Customer Service desk very accommodating - we were suppose to have a birthday celebration (which was noted on the reservation), however, there was no signage on the door. After calling on the evening of the celebration, staff was very nice and arranged for a complimentary cake (with my name and happy birthday song from waitstaff) that evening.

We opted for the extended balcony room - well worth the extra money. Both the room and the balcony were very large. More than enough storage space. Also liked the glass curved shower doors - made the shower feel more spacious. The staff was able to partially open the balcony divider been our travel companion's balcony which made it that much more roomy.

Pros: Size of the Rooms

Cons: Drink prices were a little high
