this was a welcome improvement over last year, only minor issues, but will travel Royal again. for what it is worth, I wish that they would decrease the emphasis on specialty dining, and reemphasize the main dining venues

By far the best cruise we have taken yet. We have been on 16 cruises and this was the best itinerary yet. Weather was perfect and this is in my opinion Royal Caribbean's best ship. Oasis class is too big and we were disappointed with the food and service. Very surprised. We are calling soon to book for this year for the ABC cruise out of San Juan.

Overall I enjoyed the cruise and we are planning to return in August with a big group.

Really good experience. Great staff on board the ship. The itinerary can't be any better. Beautiful island after island and there is always something to view while you are at sea. Islands everywhere. Food was great, weather was great. Looking forward to my next cruise.

Overall a great trip. Great ship for Families with children. lots of activities and accommodations. All ports were good, St. Lucia was amazing!

The cruise was good, the clientele not so much. Very loud, rude and obnoxious folks. Will think twice about leaving from San Juan again. We love San Juan and would like to go back for a long weekend.

Great staff. Work hard to please and very attentive. Great entertainment with respect to nightly shows. Evening events like karaoke and other such things were rather poor. Other entertainers in bars were great as welll. Dining room food was okay, but most food on the buffet was as good or better. Staff everywhere worked hard.

Royal Caribbean is the best cruise line we've been on. The staff, the ship, the activities, the amenities, and the food are phenomenal. The pool and swim areas tend to be highly crowded, and people are always saving more seats and chairs than they need. The ports of call and excursions are really good. Some excursions can be cancelled with low participation rates.

Cabin 9006 excellent! Food average at best. Disembarkation a mess. Overall a great itinerary port-wise.

WiFi was a scam. Would have enjoyed more LGBT organized activities. There was only one night a happy hour event listed and it was the second to last night. I

Excellent services from the following people from which he cleaned the room and at dinner Mr. Chakrapani and his assistant Helen. The music should improve and have a little more danceable.

Not what I was expecting when with my family and food was bad maintainer was bad and overall didn’t enjoy it

Very disappointed with the overall experience! I will never sail again from Puerto Rico! And rethinking my loyalty to Royal Caribbean. Not the care and service I am use to receiving.

Overall, as this was our 40th anniversary celebration, we were disappointed with the cruise. I'm sure because of the many activities, including whole areas of the ship for kids, it seems to be better for families - not for adults looking for a romantic trip. The sheer number of kids everywhere (including the 8:30 dinner seating, which should be reserved for adults) was invasive. The kids were disrespectful, unruly, and totally undisciplined - even in the presence of their parents, and even in parts of the ship where it was not to be expected (library, solarium, etc.) While this is not the fault of the cruise company, I think we should have been warned that it is more of a "kids encouraged" cruise. We think we should have been informed by of the demographic focus of the cruise. PS: There is a new annoyance which permeated the public areas of the ship: bluetooth speakers (even sold on board the ship). Passengers would have their preferred playlists blaring at the pools, in the hallways/walkways, elevators, etc. Many times, there were several bluetooth speakers in use in a single area. Bluetooth speakers should be banned from use on the ship in all public areas.

I will never cruise RCI again, nor will I cruise out of San Juan. We were totally appalled by American Airlines. We had a major delay on both ends of our journey and thought we would be stranded in Philly on the way there and in Miami coming home.

Overall, cruise was as expected. Food was meh...bland and cold. Service was surprisingly spectacular (I am a cruise snob and thought that the service was similar to the smaller vessels I have enjoyed. We were impressed that the layout of the ship allowed for quick access to most venues. While it was obvious we were on a large commercial vessel, the venues did not seem to be overcrowded.

Very good balance of ports and days at sea. Chops was a nice free perk for our booking. Pizza was great. Ding room breakfast was slow and cold but like variety at Windjammer. The late schedule is too late for us. Liked the traditional dine time and My time option. Really like the music groups Funk it up and Maryna. Good quality musicians are very important to the experience.

This was my first trip since my husband died 4 years ago and it was a trip from hell. The bed was so uncomfortable I slept on couch, 4 nights I'm still in pain.

I had a wonderful time aboard the Royal Caribbean. I am ready to go on another one.

I think members of the crown & anchor society should recieved a discount or free tour inside the Freedom of the seas ( inboard).
