Review summary

Seasoned cruiser who loves cruising. I have been on all the major cruise lines and most of the smaller ones, and have done the tropical and Alaskan cruises.

Food and Dining

The only word that comes to mind is cheap - the quality of the buffet food was that of a middle school cafeteria. Main dining room food quality was poor and presentation non-existent.

Onboard Activities

Pools and rock wall and FlowRider were awesome.

Entertainment

Shows were "best-of" style and not much content. Good performers but non-existent script.

Service and Staff

Not the service experience of past RC cruises - a very prevalent "please move on, next" mentality on display. Want to see how customer oriented they are? Just try calling their customer service line, LOL. A minimum of an hour wait time, all the time. Non-existent focus on customers and customer experience.

Ship Quality

Layout and design and cleanliness were good. Maintenance however was sorely lacking. Ship had a lot of shakes and tremors during calm seas. And every morning when porting at 5 or 6 AM the ship shook violently as it maneuvered to dock. Not acceptable. :(
