Review summary

I enjoyed this itinerary but would prefer a newer/bigger ship like the Allure. Overall, we loved the staff, food and drink. It was easy to get around the ship as it seems smaller than the Allure, although when compared they are similar.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We had purchased The KEY so our embarkation experience was AMAZING! Definitely worth the money!! Went through customs with luggage in less than 15 minutes. Was on the ship and went straight to eat lunch at Chops Grille, only for KEY members.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Chops Grille was the best food we had the entire time. The coffee shop had amazing coffee, ok breakfast snacks. Breakfast in the main dining was just ok. Drinks at all bars were good, however they ran out of some alcohol on the last night. Did not offer certain wines at dinner and had to run to the bar downstairs for anything more than basic drinks. Overall, the food each night was great!!!

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
We were excited to have The KEY and have the perk of having private access to the Flo-rider, rock climbing wall and shows. The times offered were always early morning or mid-afternoon when we were off the ship. Pools were good, enjoyed the adult only hot tubs. Do wish the Flo-rider and rock climbing wall had a bar nearby to obtain water bottles... nothing close by. Not many shows on this ship compared to the Allure.

Entertainment

We did not take advantage to what was offered - limited

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Waiters everynight were amazing! Kumar and Rivky were the BEST! Our room steward did basic stuff, nothing over the top. Only had two towel animals (I don't really care, but it is kind of fun when your friends get cool stuff every night). Other staff was nice, friendly and helpful.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Very clean ship. Was layed out ok but we liked the Allure better. We stayed mid-ship deck 6 and had quick access everywhere.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Perfect!

Ship tip

Buy The Key - WiFi included, Chops Grille lunch upon arrival, quick and easy embarkation and private escort off the ship after a steak (filet) and egg breakfast! SO WORTH the money.

Deep Sea fishing with Niels at Fishing Charter Curacao.

Oranjestad, Aruba

Scuba diving with S.E. Aruba Fly N Dive.

Basseterre, St. Kitts

5 out of 5
Visited Spice Mill restaurant on Cockleshell beach. Purchase a chair and umbrella from them for the day! The rest of the beach is kind of shady with vendors not as nice. Walk down to the Hyatt to snorkle. We found a trail to the private dock.... amazing!!!

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
Visited Magen's Bay. Expect to spend $20 roundtrip transportation per person and $5/person entrance into the beach. It was BEAUTIFUL. Bring cash for rentals (rafts, etc). Drinks were $9, cokes $5. Expensive food, but good!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Quick and easy after a private breakfast. The KEY is well worth the money if just for this perk! We were escorted off the ship right past everyone else standing in long lines....
