This was an amazing ship with a fantastic staff! Ship entertainment was top notch. Ship cleanliness was unsurpassed. I would highly recommend this ship and cruise line with anyone! 1st time cruising with Royal Caribbean and I have to say they set the bar so high we are hooked and will cruise with them again!

Thank you Royal Caribbean for having a great ship, like the Freedom of the Seas, starting from San Juan, Puerto Rico and visiting other great ports in the Caribbean. Our family and friends had an extraordinary experience celebrating our children’s high school graduation. Some of them for the first time, we are all planning for our next journey with one of the wonderful ships of Royal Caribbean. Thank you very much for making our experience one unforgettable!!!

The ports visited were great. The food and service were excellent. The shows were pretty good. Overall a great cruise.

Great itinerary!! Great service, and met the most amazing groups of ppl we ever had in our lives. All colors, nationalities and backgrounds.... it was a beautiful experience!

Overall, I thought this cruise was awesome. Lots of fun things to do on the ship, and all the ports had activities available that were entertaining.

Overall I Rate this ship B, but the best part was the food

Something made me sick and I was quarantined to my room for the last two days. Only ate at Windjammer before illness started. Nurse said it could be Norovirus which is scary. Not very clean. Excursions and entertainment were great.

First cruise so we were giving it a 50/50 chance- we loved it ! The ship is going into dry dock for updates- which is good. Some things did not work- like the hot tubs, only half of the jets worked. Some things weren’t open like the bar at the adult pool- we couldn’t figure out the schedule.

Overall the cruise was great. Some issues with not all personnel knowing information about the Key pass or if the Chef's Table was included in the Ultimate Dining Package.

Great ship and we loved the layout. It was big enough to do and enjoy everything you wanted, but not so big that it overwhelms you with the crowds and activities. Crew was friendly no matter what time of day, which seems to be something Royal Caribbean excels at. Only thing that we did not like very much was the allowance of dodgeballs to be thrown overboard during the adults only game. It just seemed a little laughable that they were selling WWF Save the Turtles shirts at the very same time they were allowing multiple foam balls to be thrown overboard. Other than that (which I understand is a personal opinion) it was another perfect cruise done by Royal Caribbean.

It was my first cruise and will definitely go again. Wish the pools were bigger and the drink packages a little more affordable. I feel we could have had more drink selections for people without a package. The only thing was coffee which was not very good, lemonade and unsweetened iced tea which was only available at the main buffet. It was hard to access drinks when the main buffet place was closed.

I love going on Royal Caribbean. they have plenty of things to do. I don't care for the theme nights starting so late. I missed all of them because I was exhausted by 10pm. Wished they started earlier. Otherwise, the ship was beautiful and the crew was great. Special shout out to the lady that performed the Burial at Sea for us. She was awesome.

Overall this was another outstanding cruise with Royal Caribbean. I enjoyed my first time aboard the Freedom of the Seas and found the ship to be in good shape. The staff was friendly, helpful, and engaging. I enjoyed the various activities offered and really enjoyed the ports of call. I had a great time and can't wait until my next cruise in December of 2019.

Loved the cruise in all. It was a marvelous experience even though I have been on 5 cruises. The service, cleanliness, the way the crewmembers treated us. Only one advice, the pizza place should have more crewmembers and more space and more time open for the visitors.

Ship was fun and pretty. I feel food was better on HAL. Nightlife was pretty good. Enjoyed the big music/dance parties on the Promenade. Loved the 70’s disco events!! The shops & venues on the Promenade were great! Pizza place was so good. Wish the MDR food was more flavorful & more variety- especially in deserts.
